The color is a gorgeous deep plum that hasn't faded after several washes, and the 400-thread count makes them feel noticeably cooler and smoother than my old cotton blend. My only regret is not buying two pairs sooner.
The sateen weave feels genuinely silky, and the 400-thread count is substantial without being heavy. I've washed them twice already and the plum purple hasn't faded a bit, still smooth against my face every night.
